There is a four step guide to accomplishment that anyone can follow to be successful in being more or creating more. The first step is to decide what you want. Have you ever tried to hit a target you don’t have. You have to know what you want. You have to have a target to focus on. Once the target/goal has been identified, you’re ready for step two. Step two is to decide what you’ll give up in order to get what you want. That’s the way the law of receiving works, you have to give something in order to get something. So in order to hit your target or goal, you may have to give up some time hanging out with your friends. You may have to give up some of your favorite TV shows. Maybe, you’ll have to give up some bad habits that are diminishing your resources. Once you know what you want and what you’re going to give up getting it, you’re ready for step three.
Step three is to develop a plan. So many people have great ambitions and intentions but they don’t have a plan. Any worthwhile goal has to be written down. This information cannot be left to your memory. This is the blueprint you need to work off of on a daily basis. Your plan lets you literally see what you need to do step by step. You start with the end result in mind, the goal is achieved. Then you start to work backwards to the point of the first step. You need to put a deadline to it, by when the goal needs to be achieved. You take or find pictures that describe the attained goal visually. You find biting emotional words that describe how you feel about those pictures. You gather all the information you’ll need to achieve the goal and create your blueprint. Once your goal is on your blueprint, you’re ready for step 4. Step 4 is work the plan, take consistent and persistent action. Focus on one day at a time. If you win the day, you can almost achieve anything you want. This is how.
If you win the days, you win the weeks. You don’t need to win all the days but you need to win at least four out of seven days and you’ll win the weeks. If you win three out of four weeks, you win the months. If you win seven to eight months out of the year, you win the year. If you win the years…you get the idea. It all starts with winning the day. Once the goal has been achieved, you have now become more or created more. This is the four step guide to accomplishment. To your success.

Clear your calendars and get ready for an all-star lineup this Thursday! Our celebrated Co-Founder & CMO Blake Mallen goes LIVE to discuss the NEW Fit Kit! PLUS, he’ll be interviewing the fab SVP of Marketing, Audrey Sommerfeld… and the man, the myth—Mr. Hulk Hogan himself!

What was supposed to be an exciting match up to determine a spot for the vacant welterweight Strikeforce title, Tyron Woodley edged out Jordan Mein in a boring display of wrestling. Woodley wanting nothing of “young gun” Mein’s stand up game took him down in all three rounds and basically smothered him. Woodley did not try to pass the guard, he didn’t posture up and rain down punches or elbows. Mein actually stayed more active off his back firing elbows to the shoulders and head of Woodley.
The referee did nothing to make the match more interesting as the fighters should have been stood up many times because of the inactivity. To make things even worse, as Jordan began to work a submission from the bottom, the referee stood them up. The fans were booing as they grew restless waiting for something to happen. In the end, Woodley won a split decision.

Fast rising Canadian MMA fighter, Jordan “Young Gun” Mein, is set to take the big stage for the second time this Saturday, January 7 to face undefeated Tyron Woodley in a bout that is likely to create a number one contender for the Strikeforce Welterweight Title. The two will do battle on January 7 at Strikeforce: Rockhold vs. Jardine. Jordan's first amateur fight came when he was 14, and he compiled a 6-1 record before turning pro. He turned professional in June 2006 at one of his father's Rumble in the Cage shows. Jordan started his career 3-4 but then went 19-3 since. He fought UFC veteran Josh Burkman at a Knockout Entertainment show in April. Jordan battled to a unanimous-decision victory for a fourth straight win.
Jordan fought Dream Welterweight Champion, Marius Žaromskis at Score Fighting Series on June 10, 2011. Jordan won the fight via unanimous decision. After this, StrikeForce, the second largest MMA promotion in the world came calling. Mein signed a four-fight deal with Strikeforce in July 2011 and made his promotional debut at Strikeforce World Grand Prix: Barnett vs. Kharitonov. Mein won his debut with an impressive domination of former title contender Evangelista “Cyborg” Santos that saw Mein land several crushing elbows from a standing position leading to a TKO victory. Mein is currently riding a 6 fight win streak and has won 10 of his last 11 bouts.
